Cooking for family and friends all of these years has given me a fairly large repertoire of recipes. It is flattering when others call to ask for recipes, but in an effort to facilitate easier sharing and to encourage others to try new dishes, I have published this site.
My goal is not to make you a Cordon Bleu chef, but to provide fairly simple recipes that anyone can make with every day ingredients and equipment.
